With the election now less than 6 months away many polls have Donald Trump in the lead. If you listen to a lot of the more liberal news media they don’t seem to understand how he can be in the lead. He is a threat to our democracy, a dictator, will lock up all of his political enemies, and if he does succeed in winning he will not allow anyone to remove him from office. Not to mention the many criminal court cases he is facing the liberal news media paint a horrid picture of him claiming he belongs in jail, not in the White House. However, the American people remember when Donald Trump first took office and remember that the country was getting better before the Covid pandemic. The border was becoming secure, the economy was growing, unemployment was down, and industry was coming back to this country. The misinformation of the news media is pushing people to lean more towards wanting to vote for Donald Trump.

There are a number of reasons for this and one of the biggest I believe is the fact that nobody is talking about position President Biden has put this country in and the fact that he has committed the same offenses that Donald Trump is being accused of doing. One of his cases is about the classified documents, which Trump has been charged with and has to go to court over but the people were told the President Biden has a bad memory and is not competent to stand trial. You don’t hear any of the news media asking questions regarding this issue and the many different stories he has told because he has such a bad memory that he seems to have forgotten where and how is son was killed. Although President Biden praised the decision for Trump to be indicted and not himself he did take issue with the reasons behind this decision.

Special Counsel Robert Hur based his decision on why Joe Biden shouldn’t be indicated was based on his memory and “mental acuity”. He cited the fact that President Biden even had a hard time remembering when and how his son Beau died, causing Biden to have an angry reaction. President Biden made a statement saying “How in the hell dare he raise that?” and that “it wasn’t any of their damn business”. He agreed with the fact that he shouldn’t be indicated and Trump should, however he disagreed with the reasons behind that decision. This is another issue that you don’t hear about in the news, which is a big issue in my opinion and should be a top story. This is one of the reasons why so many people feel that the treatment of Biden is not the same as Trump and that Biden is obviously favored. The fact that President Biden agreed that he shouldn’t be indicted but disagreed on the reasons behind the decision should raise a lot of red flags. And the fact remains that people notice President Biden getting a lot of information wrong, forgetting information, and the many different stories he has made regarding the death of his son.

There are many reasons why people feel the news favors Biden and are constantly attacking Trump. When Trump became president they seem to go after him for everything they could come up, including the Russian collusion story even after it was discovered that the Steele dossier that started the investigation could not be verified at all. It was also discovered that the company who hired Christopher Steele to write the dossier was paid by democrats. When special counsel Robert Mueller released his report into whether or not there was collusion, they could find no hard evidence even though they tried. Many people felt that this report vindicated Donald Trump but most of the media outlets claimed that it was proof that Trump and Putin were colluding. The only action that resulted from this “witch hunt” was that the DNC and Hillary Clinton had to pay $113,000 as a result of investigation of the Federal Election Commission because of there connection to the Steele dossier. However, you don’t hear the news reporting this and I am sure many people don’t even know this happened. Just like the special treatment Hillary Clinton received during the 2016 campaign it has now changed to President Biden but the attacks are still occurring against Trump.

When Hillary Clinton was accused of using her personal email account to conduct classified dealings she deleted all her emails and smashed her devices instead of turning them over as she was instructed, which is a crime. During the FBI investigation James Comey made a statement saying “she was extremely careless and negligent” but that they found no criminal intent and therefore found no reason why she should be charged. For one, the statement he made, “negligent” is enough for intent and the fact that she deleted her emails and smashed her devices means that she knew what she was doing was illegal and was destroying the evidence. Comey made the claim that bias did not play a part in his decision, as well as the media reports. So here is another instance where the is credible evidence against a Trump opponent and nothing is done about it the media is reporting misinformation while still going after Donald Trump with no credible evidence. Just another reason why it has become so hard to believe what the news is reporting is making their bias and continuous unsubstantiated attacks against Trump.

While Donald Trump was president the media reported many negative stories regarding him. Any time they thought any wrong doing was occurring an investigation would be launched, leading to two impeachments against Trump. The first one, for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. President Trump at the time was accused of threatening to withhold aid to Ukraine unless they investigated the Biden’s, Joe and his son Hunter, even though Ukraine didn’t have the power to do such an investigation. However, once again there was more news misinformation that occurred during this impeachment. Attacks on Trump didn’t stop and every news outlet was stating reasons why Trump should not be in office, but once again Biden was on tape bragging about doing the exact same thing Trump was being accused of.

In 2016 Vice President Biden told the President of Ukraine that he was withholding $1 billion in aid unless they fired one of their top prosecutors, Viktor Shokin. Biden is heard and seen on tape bragging about this occurrence and how the prosecutor was fired. This story was not heard much in the media and it doesn’t end there. The claim was that Biden wanted the prosecutor fired because he wasn’t fighting corruption enough, which to me sounds strange. Why would the vice president be willing to withhold that much aid to fire a prosecutor he felt wasn’t doing a good enough job. This problem occurs in many countries and we don’t take such a drastic stance in any of them. However, this prosecutor was investigating one company, Burisma Holdings, a company where his son Hunter was on the board. This was a clear quid pro quo and it seemed like this was done to protect his son and the company he worked for. If it was really about corruption, Joe Biden should have played no part in it. As with so many other stories the media didn’t report on this issue but attacked Trump every chance they could.

So now the media is wondering why Trump is ahead in the polling leading up to election and I believe the countless misinformation that is reported is a major reason for this. There have been countless questionable actions against President Biden with no investigations or reporting. Any negative views regarding the Biden family are considered to be Russian misinformation against Joe Biden, just like the Hunter Biden laptop story. Even if the media doesn’t report it, people are starting to notice that Biden is not capable of being President and the fact that it isn’t reported makes people wonder why. The fact that the last report claimed he wasn’t competent to stand trial for the document case doesn’t put faith in people that he is capable of running this country. The media doesn’t report on these issues but are constantly going after Trump, and many of the issues were committed by Biden as well. People have lost faith in our media and don’t believe they can report stories honestly and are having a hard time trusting what to believe.

To conclude, people remember when Trump first took office and how better our country was becoming. We were starting to become self sufficient, jobs were being created, and we were starting to export more than we were importing. People now notice that there has to be a reason so much misinformation is being spread and asking why the media is so determined to protect Biden and attack Trump. They notice that our country isn’t getting any better and Biden’s policies aren’t working. I have always wondered why other countries would want Trump in office when he had an America first policy. It seems that other countries have benefited much more because of Biden than Trump, especially Russia. This war with Ukraine was started soon after Biden took office and gave them the oil pipeline that Trump was putting in our country. People are noticing the many lies of Joe Biden and see just how incapable he is. People no longer have faith in the news and putting their own thoughts together by seeing what is going on. Misinformation is pushing people to want a change and wondering what Trump would have accomplished if the pandemic didn’t happen and want to give him that opportunity. But people do one thing, Joe Biden is not competent enough to run this country and no longer have faith in him, something the media has helped bring people to feel that way.
